LightyKD, you can read the problems I have with the two firmwares provided here in this thread :

No solution for the moment, sorry...

Hi. Old version of v7+ now is unsupporting? You don't release new firmware for old versions? There are many problems on old firmware (Cell Standby mode and etc.)

Dear Admin: upgrade does not work. followed instructions exactly. I get error message "downbootloader failed" every time. tried downloading the tool several times, same result. Wopad V7+.

Problems:
1. Does not hold the date/time when turned off.
2. Tried to remove password security, but password still active when turned off and back on again.
3. Cannot play videos embedded in websites. Have downloaded numerous video player and browser apps, no success.

Anybody have any suggestions?

i had same proble, try make like this:
1 connect tablet with your pc with cable usb
2 after hold power and vol+ and vol- all 3 toghether and wait that you pc acknowledge disk VDF.
3 open flash tool if you use windows 7 open like administrator and push last button.
4 will open windows clik ok
5 after like me you wil get error, so close this error message and wait after 10 15 seconfd with me flash started

I got it to work, now my wopad screen doesn't respond to touch. So I downloaded to "go back" with the stock version and can't open the zip file! Please help!!!

How do I restore my wopad V7+ back to it's original firmware? The zip file at the Megaupload link you have above is corrupted and won't open.

Apparently you've got the "old motherboard version" of the V7+... Strange you can't open the zip file, try with another software to unzip it, like winrar, I have had no problem with it...

PS : I hope you not going to have the same issues than me with the original firmware, I still have got no more accelerometer and no more sides buttons, and no solution... Please dear admin, are you sure the stock firmware version you provided to us is for the "old motherboard V7+" Thanks !

7. If you see "Time out" in step 6, you have to re-start from Step 4.

This firmware only works for woPad V7+ with the new mother board. If the touch screen is not working after flash, that means your mother board is the old version.

Zixoon upgrade worked for me...I recommend it for v7+ with the "old"motherboard.
